Stripe securely collects your payment method when you start. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge.

How the trial works

The trial is attached to the building you create. You can use the system normally, configure the building and decide whether Strata Action suits the way you work.

Set up the building, switch on modules and invite users when you are ready.
Continue or cancel
Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge. Otherwise billing starts automatically.

Yes. Each building has its own subscription entitlement, trial and billing status.
Can a manager access multiple buildings?
Yes. Managers can move between buildings from the same account while each building's information remains separate.
Are Community features an extra charge?
No separate Community subscription is required. Building Management and Resident Community are part of the same Strata Action platform.
